Vegas bring back bruising winger on two-year deal

After it appeared as though the relationship between Ryan Reaves and the Vegas Golden Knights had ended, TSNs Darren Dreger reported late Saturday night that the bruising forward is expected to stay in Vegas, agreeing on an extension.

Dreger reports that the deal is worth $2.775 mil a year across a two-year extension.

Other teams were going hard after Reaves signature ahead of free agency, with the Calgary Flames reportedly one of the most like destinations for him if he didn’t stay in Vegas.

Reaves was acquired by Vegas back in February from the Pittsburgh Penguins in a three way trade involving the Ottawa Senators.
