Leafs sign Kasimir Kaskisuo to a two year extension

Toronto Maple Leafs have signed Kasimir Kaskisuo to a two year two way extension.

The leafs have a lot of goalies on their books and Kaskisuo may be the likely goal tender you’d forget about.

Hailing from Vantaa Finland and playing junior hockey with Jokerit in the Finnish Jr. B SM-sarja Q before making a move to the US to man the pipes for Minnesota Wilderness and the Univ. of Minnesota-Duluth eventually being signed by the Leafs.

However, with this extension it’s now aparant that the position between the pipes are up for grabs with the Marlies and too the back up spot with the Leafs.
